• Design Director Permanent

  As Design Director reporting to a Creative Director, you bring a combination of creativity and craft that solves our clients’ business challenges and helps them grow. Working with a range of clients from tech start-ups to large blue-chip clients, you are comfortable engaging and presenting at c-suite level.

  Keeping in touch with the creative world and trends, you bring original thinking and big ideas, inspiring and challenging colleagues to create exceptional creative value for clients. You appreciate the importance of an idea within design as well as the role of messaging, and how in combination these solve a client need. You are also hands-on, able to execute an idea through compelling visualisations and identity systems.

  Working collaboratively with the wider team, you support the creative director on some projects, and in other cases you take the creative lead. You mentor more junior designers, giving them opportunities and room to grow. Overall you are a great team player.

• Account Director Permanent

  As a Heavenly Account Director, reporting to a Managing Partner, you are the key project driver for a range of clients from start-ups to large blue-chip businesses, as comfortable scheduling meetings and distributing notes as you are having meaningful conversations with c-suite stakeholders. Your scope is equal parts project direction and client/business growth.

  You are enthusiastic and pro-active, you love working as part of a team but also relish operating independently and have the experience and confidence to do so with minimal direction. You never ask “how can I help?”, you’re the one who says “Here’s how I’ve helped”. You bring joy, energy and ideas to the projects that you run, whilst keeping a keen eye on project control (scope, timings, budgets). You are someone whom clients, colleagues and partners gravitate to, respect and trust, and you understand how to leverage this to lead and grow client relationships and contribute to business growth.

  You understand agency operations and brand program processes in detail, and you can single-handedly plan projects and organise teams to deliver the best quality strategic and creative thinking and action, aligned to the client’s business objectives and expectations and delivering tangible value and positive impact. You ensure that clients see Heavenly as a valued partner, and understand the role and opportunities that ideas create for businesses and people.

  You are entrepreneurial at heart, always looking for the next opportunity, for Heavenly and for our clients, and not afraid to dive in the deep end and take risks. You are naturally curious, courageous and innovative – identifying how we can drive value for our clients and our business.
