From its home on the Mystic River, Connecticut, this museum was on a mission to become the epicenter of America’s maritime experience. Our job was to unlock that ambition and drive reach, engagement and revenue. To do that, we reimagined the museum’s purpose – to connect everyone in America with their sea story – and helped the museum think like a media company, levering the Intellectual Property in its collections to extend its reach and revenue sources beyond physical, on-site footfall.
